Western Berks Ambulance Association started with people in the Community who cared what was happening.  These people donated their time to volunteer for the organization and made it what it is today.  However, like so many of us, other commitments have distracted us from Community oriented organizations and the time needed to make them prosper.  Western Berks Ambulance realized this trend in the late 1980's and the first employee was hired to help correct this problem.  Since then we have grown into a multi-faceted organization with many needs, one of those needs still includes volunteers. We are always looking for community oriented people willing to donate a few hours here or there to help our organization help you.  We have a variety of needs within our organization that we could use help with.  Below is a short list of some of them:

If you would like to help in any of the above areas or have a special talent you think would help us, give our Executive Director a call .  You do not have to go on calls to help us however we also accept volunteer applications for it.  You can download a volunteer application in our downloads section.

***Important:  ALL applications must include copies of PA Driver's License, Social Security Card and any related certifications for the position being applied for.
