Western Berks Ambulance is indebted to the Community for their support throughout the years, for this reason we feel it is very important to give back to the Community. In April of 2004 we decided to take the next step in providing these invaluable services. We hired additional full-time staffing to be able to have a dedicated Public Relations Officer. Before this decision was made our Public Relations Officer was coordinating all of our programs and appearances between doing calls. This additional resource gives us the opportunity to expand even more. This dedication is already proving beneficial. We have applied for a grant to create a seatbelt program specifically aimed at teen drivers. This program, a virtual movie of interviews and information will be aimed at proving to the teen that seatbelts save lives will be distributed within the Eastern PA EMS Region and hopefully further. In addition to this exciting new adventure we will be expanding into the community even more, spending more time with the people that help us do our work...YOU. | Community Programs Offered | "Continuing To Make A Difference In The Community"
