• Maintaining and Improving the Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Vision of the
  Governance Function

• Maintaining and Enhancing Community Outreach

• Initiating Effective Recruitment and Retention Activity for Associates

• Securing the Financial Viability of the Corporation

• Maintaining and Enhancing the Organization's Community Presence
